is a duly licensed Oklahoma Real Estate Brokerage. Whether your Oklahoma
real estate interests consists of one single family dwelling, or a variety of
Oklahoma investment properties, we can assist you. Because H.A. Buckley
Associates Group includes a licensed Oklahoma Private Investigative Agency and a
licensed Oklahoma Real Estate Brokerage we are able to provide you with a wide
range of comprehensive services not normally available from such agencies
individually.
Fee for Services:
Most
conventional real estate "list to sell" contracts require an exclusive
contract, and a fixed percentage of the sales price of the property, to be paid
to the selling broker. The introduction of the internet, and rapidly changing
markets have, for many applications, rendered that type arrangement obsolete. We
offer a negotiated flat fee based on services provided.
Variable Percentage Contracts:
If preferred,
we also offer a percentage of the sales price contract, but, one that varies
depending on the degree of services you select.
Non-Exclusive Contracts:
We believe you
should have the right to sell your own property. Other firms may require
exclusive right to sell contracts that obligate you to pay the listing firm the
full commission, even though you or some other non-real estate entity sells your
property. We will accept, but do not require, exclusive contracts.
Hourly Rate:
We also
welcome clients that prefer an hourly rate arrangement for specific services. We
bill our time at $125.00 per hour, plus verified expenses.
Property Management:
We provide
management of your Oklahoma real estate based on your requirements. Every case
is unique and different. We do not publish a fee schedule based on a percentage
of rental revenue or other assumed income. It is quite possible that
representation may be required in instances involving litigation, collection,
vacancy, or asset valuation or other specialized circumstances. Contact us with
