We know our way around the courthouse and are able to provide you or your out of state counsel with records research and retrieval, or assistance with filings. Our reports are professionally prepared, and always in anticipation
Pre-Trial Discovery
We provide service for real estate management, debt collection, property recovery, valuation, and re-marketing of your Oklahoma properties. We are able to provide you with property, or tenant evaluations and or confidential investigations. If real estate decisions involve eviction or foreclosure we can assist you with the recovery of your property and the management of the property prior to, during, or subsequent to, litigation. Subsequent to property recovery we provide re-marketing and rehabilitation where required. Fee Structure All fees are negotiated individually and confidentially with our clients. on a case by case basis dependent on client requirements and services required. Our normal hourly rate is $125.00 per hour plus verifiable expenses. Retainer fees are individually negotiated on a case by case basis and as circumstances require All fees are individually negotiated on a case by case basis and all client and fee information remains strictly confidential
