H.A. "Pat" Buckley is experienced and familiar with the Oklahoma Legislative process. He is a former registered lobbyist with the State of Oklahoma. His experience runs all the way from the original drafting of measures, to assistance in obtaining authors, and following progress through to final passage and enactment. During his tenure as Legislative Liaison representing the Oklahoma Insurance Department he was responsible for the enactment of high profile acts, some new, and some major revisions, involving the insurance industry. H.A. "Pat" Buckley is a former Chairman of The Legislative Affairs Committee of The Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors.  He served as Assistant  Insurance Commissioner with The State of Oklahoma Insurance Department for some 15 years.
